Our USA Olympic Team set a goal of competing for their country and winning gold. This year representing a country and ideals, in which they believe, they will bring over 100 medals home. Our Mount Airy City School team is comprised of teachers, staff, parents, community members, business partners, administration, and students. We all rally together to represent a community and ideals in which we believe. We have to bring gold home every day with students being the winners knowing we have done our best to prepare all students for a lifetime of success.
We are Mount Airy City Schools and we want to better serve students and families this year. Our district staff has worked hard over the summer preparing our buildings, serving fresh meals, attending trainings, and building our team to serve you this school year. Over the next few months, I will be asking for your input as I listen, learn, and plan. I will also be engaging the community of Mount Airy during listening and learning sessions. I would like to know what your hopes and dreams are for the children of Mount Airy. I believe we can come together to make our dreams a reality.
